I work with leaders who are stepping into more. A new role, more responsibility, a bigger team. Through one-on-one coaching, group work, and facilitation, I help leaders develop the inner game that drives how they lead, how they show up, and the impact they have on the people around them.

  • One-on-one coaching for leaders ready to do deeper work. We focus on the inner game that drives effectiveness: self-awareness, values clarity, and grounded confidence.

  • Confidential group coaching experiences where leaders facing similar transitions or challenges meet regularly to support each other's development. Ongoing partnerships where you build alongside others who understand what you're navigating. These aren't about fixing or solving, but about unlocking your own brilliance and knowing.

  • Ongoing individual coaching for leaders across your organization. This work provides sustained support for your leadership team through 360 assessments, team facilitation, and strengths-based development that builds leadership capacity throughout your organization.

  • A research-backed 360 assessment that measures leadership effectiveness and the internal patterns driving your results. As a licensed practitioner, I use the Leadership Circle Profile with leaders and organizations to create awareness of what's enabling or limiting effectiveness. Unlike typical 360s, it connects behaviors to the underlying beliefs that shape them.

  • CliftonStrengths® coaching and training for individuals, teams, and organizations. We focus on turning strengths awareness into action: building trust, improving collaboration, and helping people operate from their natural talents.
