Welcome
I spent years trying to find my way, following well-meaning advice about what success and fulfillment should look like. But something was missing. I was spinning my wheels—juggling work, family life, volunteering, and doing all the introspective work I could manage. Despite my efforts, I felt misaligned, sensing there was something more I was called to do.
During that season, a friend and mentor offered me some supportive advice that was a game changer for me. She encouraged me to stop chasing the ideal job title or role and, instead, to explore my unique gifts and talents—to focus on what was present rather than what felt absent. I struggled to identify my strengths, not realizing that they had been there all along. They were so woven into my being, so close to me, that I couldn’t see them.
That same friend introduced me to CliftonStrengths® as a tool to help me through the process. (The funny part? When we reconnected years later, and I told her how much her advice and introduction to strengths had impacted me, she laughed and admitted she didn’t even remember giving it to me.)
Having language for my strengths gave me confidence and a clearer sense of direction. It allowed me to step away from a high-capacity volunteer role and start pursuing opportunities that aligned with who I truly was. It wasn’t just about identifying strengths—it was about leaning into them and using them with intention.
I began noticing the unique challenges non-profits were facing and felt compelled to not only bring my strengths but also to hone my skills to best support them. This led me to earn a degree in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University. At the same time, I worked in business development to better understand the challenges leaders face in small businesses.
In 2022, I made the leap into entrepreneurship full-time, dedicating myself to coaching and consulting leaders who are ready to embrace their strengths, navigate challenges, and pursue deep, meaningful growth.
During this journey, my coach played a pivotal role in helping me step into my dream of full-time coaching. Without his support, I might never have taken the leap. We worked on my inner game, which directly impacted my outer game. His guidance helped me clarify my vision and build the confidence to pursue it fully. I’m incredibly grateful for his mentorship and continue to work with him to this day.
Since then, I’ve continued to expand my expertise through training in strengths-based coaching, positive-intelligence coaching, and presence-based coaching. Today, I support growth-minded leaders and teams navigating transition, complexity, and change. Whether coaching one-on-one or facilitating within an organization, my focus is creating space for clarity, momentum, and meaningful transformation.
A Personal Note
Cultivating connection is a way of life for me. I’m grateful to do life with my husband, Eric, and our four amazing kids—we spend a lot of time cheering them on in the things they love.
Our family has served as puppy raisers for The Seeing Eye, and we’ve been lucky to welcome home two dogs, Xyla and Tango, who didn’t quite complete their guide dog training—but fully completed our hearts.
Connection shows up in my friendships, too. Time with my people brings joy, laughter, belonging, and meaning. I often say, I truly can’t imagine doing life without them.
Author Barbara Brown Taylor once asked, “What is saving your life right now?” For me, it's slowing down—walking my dogs, hiking, watching the sunrise or sunset, and simply spending time in nature. That’s where I reconnect—with myself, with wonder, and with what matters most.
My Approach
My coaching is intuitive, grounded, and deeply human. I bring presence, empathy, and a strong sense of what’s needed in the moment. I blend thoughtful structure with creative thinking—inviting clients to step outside the box and reimagine what’s possible.
As a coach and facilitator, I lead with both heart and insight. I motivate and empower without taking the wheel. And I always, always center the work around you.
I also support leaders and teams in building trust, strengthening relationships, and creating spaces where people can do their best work together.
